It was a wonderful stay with a great location in a peaceful and calm neighborhood! The lack of Wi-Fi was a bit challenging, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend for those looking for a serene getaway!

Rajachandran and his wife made us feel wonderfully welcome and looked after. They paid attention to our requirements - we wanted to cook for ourselves - and they equipped the kitchen accordingly which was a great help and relief to us with not being able to eat food cooked Indian-style all of the time. Our upstairs flat (2nd floor) is spacious and light. The flats are set in beautiful jungle-like gardens - at night we sleep to a lullaby of crickets and other creatures; the mosquitoes are kept at bay with good netting and our own mosquito-repellent. And the view from the balconies is stunning. We only use the fans for cooling and at this time of year, October-November that is enough. We are 5 minutes' walk away from a supermarket in one direction, and 10 minutes' walk away from the lovely beach in the other. Nearby are small shops, an organic vegetable and fruit shop, chemists, ayurvedic medical shops and lots of treatment centres. We are spoilt for choice! Thiruvananthapuram city centre is easily accessible either by rickshaw or taxi-car. It is an ideally restful private place to spend time in for a good relaxing holiday.

Manu was a very responsive host and we loved staying at his place. The apartment is new and clean. We stayed here mainly due to the apartment’s proximity to sree chitra thirunal hospital as we were in Trivandrum for a hospital visit for my aunt. There are good food options available around the area as well.

In short, the place is what it says it is. Exactly like the pictures, clean, neat, warm. It felt like home with its warmth and comfort. The host was very friendly, active to reply to all your queries which further made the stay peaceful and stress free. All the amenities were spot on and working perfectly. This is my first time booking through BnB and I'm very thoroughly satisfied with my saty for 2 days. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a place to stay that feels like home.

Great places to travel all the tourist spots And we have awesome parlour in the same buliding with excellent service and guest get 40% discount And bakery shop, opposite to the building are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

Excellent stay! the apartment was spacious and has wonderful views of the Arabian sea and the lake.

Decorated in calming tones of white and blue with gold accents, it has the feel of a stylish hotel with the warmth of a home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the plush furniture to the fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were a huge bonus: a serene swimming pool for relaxing evenings and a well-maintained gym to keep up with workouts. What truly made my experience exceptional was the host—genuine, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Always available and truly went out of his way to ensure I had a seamless and memorable stay. Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.
