Sand and stone Santorini Megalochori

The name of the house comes after the materials that traditional Santorini architecture is using for years. It is restored with the old style of polished cemend and eco friendly materials sand and stone. It has been recently transformed into a luxury modern villa.The house has a private pool April to October and beautiful sea and mountain view from the rooftop terrace. Just 100 meters from bus station,restaurants and bakery. Perivolos and Vlyhada beaches and the main town Fira in short distance.

The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. An ideal place to stay as it is the heart of the Village – centrally located – and simultaneously a quite place to stay – as no cars can enter the Castro Area.

When we acquired the Pura Vida Cave House it was a deserted Gem.. We immediately fell in love with the spot, on the top of a 300 meter cliff - nothing to block your sight but the end of the horizon. We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!

Zoe Junior Apartment

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
