Awesome stay..! Super host. Neat and clean...very well maintained.

Emill is an amazing host. He was proactive to call and check on us as we were late for the check in. He received us personally and gave all the instructions needed for our stay at his place. He also recommended few of the tourists spots we could visit nearby which really helped us. Thank you for hosting us Emil..!! It was a great stay..!!

Peaceful, clean and very kind homestay. Healthy meals. Beautiful views. Kids friendly. Very knowledgable hosts. Daily yoga sessions before breakfast for our children. Nice tips for excursions around the area. Authentic experience, much better than what a resort can offer (however, day trips to the nearby resorts can also be arranged). Nothing we missed!

Abraham is a gentleman host and proactive in his communications. His place exceeds the description and photos you see in Airbnb. The last 400 meters is a bit rough, but can be handled with careful driving. The pool looks like it's still under construction and once completed it will be an excellent addition. It's still usable, and we had a lot of fun in the water. The property is surrounded by greenery and mostly you will be hearing the birds singing and chirping. The food prepared by the inhouse chef is excellent, though one may have to stick to Kerala/TN cuisine. There is a restaurant just 500m from the property. Highly recommended property if you are planning for a get together. Probably some board games and a shuttle net will be a worthwhile addition.

Hostillam is a very nice and welcoming stay, excellent hospitality and food here is fantastic home cooking. Savad was very friendly and he was able to help us with any issues. The host is knowledgeable about the city and its attractions. We loved the peaceful environment and the delicious home cooked meals. This was my first time at Hostillam and it was a wonderful experience. It is a pet friendly place. I would recommend this place with my whole heart.

It was absolutely amazing! The place had a traditional structure yet so modern. It all felt very natural and beautiful amidst the buzz of Kodaikanal, private and perfect. They have a caretaker who helps out, and he was very sweet and the fact that we booked this cottage absolutely made our trip. Definitely would visit again.

This place by the Offbeat crew is exactly as described. The location is the best, there are a few amazing spots around the property such as a natural pool with amazing lighting at night, an incredible balcony perfect for bird watching all times of day and a few stargazing spots at night. The host is more than happy to sort out lunch and dinner as well as planning lovely offbeat days out such as trekking through the jungle or going to secluded waterfalls, completely alone. It really feels like the surroundings are all yours!

Hi Everyone, I really will recommend this place. The house is superb clean with 3 rooms and additional bed as well. Ajay is super friendly. He spend his time to walk & show us the unexplore Waterfall in Munnar. It’s near to the house, but you need to hike to see the beautiful natural Waterfall. The best part of the trip, Ajay’s mom cooking. No words & fantastic. They offered us breakfast & the Dinner meal the mom cook for us, we felt like home. The home cooked were so delicious. Tips to the travellers, the house is in the middle of the Cardamon Plantation. The Journey to the house is 10-15min offroad by 4x4 Jeep. So get all your things before you head to the home. After 15mins ride, you will know it worth the penny you paid. Traveller will definitely will enjoy the ride. Ajay & his family are super friendly and always there for us when we need them. We ask them to prepare the Campfire & BBQ, without any hesitation they prepared for us. It’s additional cost but definitely worth it.

Tobin and team are wonderful. The stay was at a very nice location, though a bit far from the city but had the calmness and peaceful surroundings we were looking for. Tobin was extremely polite and helped us to reach the local attractions and visit the tiger reserve.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kuttikanam! The place was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with great hospitality, this is the perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Rockland Estate was wonderful. The setting was incredibly tranquil. We had our pet dog with us & it was a perfect getaway. The care takers made sure the house was clean & the food homely. Esha our host was always accessible over the phone & made sure we had a lovely stay!

The place was great, will provide you the feeling of having your own villa with private garden. The view from the balcony was also good.

The place was spotless, and it felt like they've cracked the code for mountain living. The caretakers were absolute gems, making us feel more at home than guests. It's not just a stay; it's an experience. Worth every single penny – I can't recommend it enough!

It was a great place with several benefits, cozy place, campfire etc but for a better experience it would be a good idea to arrange food for ourselves.

Mr. Palanikumar was so cooperative and responded to calls so quickly. we faced some internet issues from the service provider. he contacted them and fixed it quickly

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just too cute with adorable turquoise windows. We felt right at home. We were a group of 8 people and there was enough space for all of us to move around. The service was great, and the food was absolutely incredible, making our experience even more enjoyable. The only issue we faced was with the water supply, as it kept running out, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while the bonfire experience was nice, the lack of proper ventilation made it less enjoyable than expected. That being said, everything else was perfect, and we would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

He was always there to assist with anything we needed, from practical matters to local tips, all while being incredibly kind and welcoming. His warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself is simply beautiful—nestled in a peaceful and private setting, it offers the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The tranquility of the surroundings, combined with the thoughtful design of the space, made it a place we genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with outstanding hospitality, Kudisai Marayoor is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough!
