Bright, open plan nearly 1,000 square foot private studio apartment with space for an entire family in historic Logan Circle neighborhood on a quiet street. This English basement has great ceiling height, good natural light, clean white paint, & a peaceful, zen design. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Short walk to White House, Mall & museums. Logan Circle is DC's hottest & hippest area with a 96 walk score. Stay in a historically preserved brownstone right in the center of it all!

Lux in heart of DC social scene, free parking!

Unit #2. We have a fun, modern decor that showcases a love of our pet friendly home! One parking spot. There are two bedrooms: the primary and a second bedroom room (that we use as a dressing room) both are small rooms with deluxe memory foam Murphy beds - both with attached full bathrooms. Special note: this is our full-time home. We live here and our personal things remain here throughout your stay. Please think of yourself as close friends who have come for a visit - we’ll do the same!

Welcome to Bethesda! My Bijou Space is conveniently located in the heart of a vibrant urban community. Walk right out the front door to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, & anything else you might need. It is easy walking distance to two Metro stops and 1.2 miles to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Walter Reed, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH); apx. 20 min. walk. While small, this place will grant you peace in an awesome location!

You will have the entire private apartment to yourselves. Perfect for work or leisure. We have a beautiful outdoor patio and dedicated setup, so you can read or answer emails outside. Short walk away from the US Capitol, The National Mall, Eastern Market, Smithsonian Museums, and great bars and restaurants.

Centrally located Capitol Hill one-bedroom unit

This is a true find and good value! Just half a block from Eastern Market Metro on Capitol Hill. The Capitol and Mall a short walk away. Many restaurants and shops close by. In an incredible location, set back from the road giving peace and quiet! This is a light, dry, clean, comfortable, spacious basement unit with private entrance. It is well equipped with every need provided for. Unfortunately due to health issues of residents this property is exempt from accepting Service Animals and ESA.
