The apartment is among the best and most unique available in the lively East Village. It’s a second-floor walk up with a large kitchen, spacious living room, large back deck with bbq, wi-fi, pressed-tin ceilings, roof access, etc. It has a lot of character; a very homey but spacious feeling with high ceilings, lots of artwork, plants, books, hardwood floors, exposed brick, etc.
