When my girlfriends and I had to leave another airbnb due to cleanliness and safety reasons, we had to book another place very last minute. The hosts with this house were very accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early despite a super last minute booking. Everything was super clean, the hosts were very responsive, and the location is great. Feels very quiet and secluded without being too far from fun activities. There is also a very big driveway that accommodated all of our cars since many of us drove. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented Nick’s place for a long overdue weekend of friends getting together from different bits of the world. The house is conveniently 1hr45mins from JFK and an easy drive from the city. The house was very spacious and perfect for a long weekend. Nick was very responsive and truly went above and beyond trying to get the pool working off season for us. The property is about a 10min car ride from the Southampton Main Street with loads of good restaurants. We also really enjoyed the sauna. Thank you Nick!

Our family had a nice stay over Thanksgiving. The house was as described and clean on the inside. Laura was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. I only took 1 star off check-in as the property grounds were not well kept. This made it hard locate the driveway while also making the front entry dirty with all the leaves. All in all, we would stay here again as it met our needs for our family trip.

We had a great stay. The house is in a very nice location close to all the towns. Tina was fantastic. The pool and tennis courts were in great shape.

A great stay! The home was just as pictured, with all the amenities. Our kids loved playing in the big backyard (they even had yard toys!) and the home was squeaky clean. Would stay again!

The neighborhood was beautiful. We walked out to an island that was only accessible at low tide. Great shared spaces with fun rooms and lovely bedrooms.

Wonderful experience renting from Lily. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and kitchen tool that we needed for the two families of 4 during our stay. Having two side by side outdoor showers was a game changer and made the entire experience super easy for a large group like ours post-beach every day. Would definitely recommend.

We just spent an unforgettable weekend at J.P’s beautiful house, and we can't wait to be back! The house is absolutely beautiful, with impeccable taste and attention to detail. But what truly makes this property shine is its phenomenal location. Right in the middle of East Hampton and Amagansett and a 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor— couldn’t have asked for more. Also Carissa’s bakery is just a 6 minute walk. And, of course, no Hampton's experience is complete without a visit to Goldberg's for their classic lox and bagels - which is also a short walk away. The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed, with everything you need to unwind and relax. Every room is nice and cozy and the kitchen is stunning with everything you need to cook with the amazing produce available at the so many farm stands around the area. (We loved Balsam and Amber Waves) J.P. was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect.

The place was beautiful and exactly like the pictures! All the recommendations were super helpful to find some great local gems. Had an amazing weekend while I stayed here.

Beautiful large home, clean linens, plenty of towels, bathtub worked great. John was very responsive and helpful. Slept 9 people comfortably. The living room area was cozy with an indoor fireplace and the kitchen was large with a large oven and dishwasher. Five minute easy walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Highly recommend this place.

Such a charming and cozy house, the photos don’t do it justice! Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. From the house we were able to walk to the beach (about 30-40 minutes along a safe route with sidewalks). The town is a quick 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful lawn. Ed made the whole experience seamless by being super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellport, it was extremely clean! The kitchen/baths were well appointed. The yard is gorgeous and the pool was delightful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. Such a great place!

Staying at Amy's place was perfect for my friends and I while we're out on the North Fork for a wedding. Amy was very responsive with any questions we had. We were all very comfortable in the main living area as well as our bedrooms. The house was conveniently located to the wedding venue and my friends were also very happy that it was located near some pickleball courts. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay.

Stayed for a family wedding and loved the accommodations! Close to family, restaurants, wineries and beaches. Dog friendly which was a huge plus. Would love to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the house is amazing. The accommodation is well equipped, everything is there to make you feel at home. We would love to visit again!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. David was a great host and gave in-depth information about check in, restaurants and grocery stores which was very helpful. It’s a lovely home which I highly recommend!
