Trendy, Charming Bungalow in Knox-Henderson

Located in the lively and walkable Knox- Henderson neighborhood, this renovated home built in 1927 has some original charm with updated conveniences. Start your day off with a coffee in our perfect screened-in porch that overlooks our unique zen garden and backyard oasis. Cook in our modern and updated kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, gas stove and beautiful Quartz countertops. The living room includes a comfortable futon couch that converts to a double bed, 42" Smart TV with cable, extra seating, and books and games for entertainment. Sleep like a baby in the master bedroom on a luxurious queen memory foam bed, with 32" Smart TV, large closet, side lamps with USB ports and access to the backyard. The smaller, second bedroom includes a day bed with trundle - great for kids!- as well as a desk with comfortable chair to use as a workspace. The gorgeous bathroom includes a large soaking tub with moveable shower handle, plush towels and bathrobes and hair dryer! Guests have full use of the home and it's amenities. Text or Call hosts at anyt The house is set two blocks from Henderson Avenue and Lower Greenville, which boast some of Dallas' hottest bars and restaurant. Take a stroll to Velvet Taco for Mexican fare, then head to Candleroom to dance the night away. Uber & Lyft are the most convenient way to get around town without your own transportation. There are LIME BIKES parked all over the city that you can rent via app for $1/hour. There are also 3 DART stops within 5 minutes walk- all off Henderson- that will take you into downtown or can link you to a rail station nearby to get to your destination. There is a keypad entry on the front door so no need to keep track of a set of keys. The home has an alarm system for additional piece of mind and if you're comfortable using it, we can supply a personal code to use during your stay. Also, Monday is our trash and recycle day. Someone will come by (outside only) to take to curb early that morning.

Beautiful home with everything needed to feel right at home. Kitchen fully equipped with all essentials to prepare meals. Kitchen overlooks the living area which features a 70 inch TV. After soaking in the garden tub, relax in the king size temperpedic in master bedroom. The guest bedroom features a comfy queen bed. The patio area is ready for grilling. Minutes away from the NEW Grandscape, The Star in Frisco, Legacy West, Toyota headquarters, and countless other restaurants and entertainment.

Mid Century Modern Smart Home in Bluffview. Centrally located to get to all parts of Dallas quickly including Downtown, SMU, American Airlines Arena and AT&T Stadium. Located at the end of a cul de sac with lots of trees, you'll be close to the action but feel you are still in the country. Amazing outdoor space with Deck. Welcome to our home located within minutes of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We are also close to all major attractions including the Dr. Pepper Field, Toyota Stadium, Dallas Cowboys Star Training, and Lake Lewisville. You will find our location ideal for easy access to surrounding cities including Dallas, Ft. Worth, Plano and Oklahoma City (3 hours north). Our place is good for anyone whether visiting Frisco to see family and friends, on business, or to just vacation.

Charming Cabin Near Deep Ellum & Fair Park

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Covered parking is removed from the road and secure. Already booked or need more space? Check out my Airstream or artist's loft!

This tranquil garage apartment is perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac and conveniently & easily accessible to highways in all directions and DFW Airport, which is less than a 10 minute drive away. Apartment includes a private entrance, private full bath, and your own balcony to enjoy the sound of the backyard pond while sipping on some coffee or tea. Also many local hotspots within biking distance including a quaint Italian coffee shop. Multiple options in a short drive.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.
