Set in 3 acres of grounds this self-contained property benefits from well-appointed accommodation with beautiful views from all windows towards the garden, private outside dining area & 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). The lovely gardens are home to numerous fruit & nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens and 5 rescue cats.

This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Dans une autre pièce une cuisine équipée (four, lave vaisselle, micro-onde) et une salle de bain avec douche et WC. Lave linge à disposition. A l'étage : une chambre avec lit de 140x200 Une petite cour attenante à la maison.

We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.
