La Bulletta ci è rimasta nel cuore!il luogo è incantevole, si è immersi nella natura e la posizione è sempre ben ventilata il pomeriggio e la notte. La piscina un valore aggiunto,dopo tutti i nostri giri un bel bagno per rigenerarsi è stato apprezzato da tutti. Daniele,con la sorella Emanuela e la piccola Lucia,il papà e la mamma sono davvero splendidi, ci hanno dato consigli sui dintorni e non solo. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Our stay here was great. The charming old village of Calcata Vecchia is unique with amazing sights around every corner. The space was very cozy with a comfortable bed and all the small touches to make us feel at home. The Harry Potter collection suited the home and added a whimsical touch 💕 And finally the view from the rooftop terrace can’t be beat!

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, ordinato e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente diversi luoghi di interesse: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Consigliatissimo. Il *Luxury Apartment Colle del Vento* a Todi è un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso immerso nella campagna umbra. L'appartamento combina perfettamente il fascino storico con comfort moderni. Le due camere da letto spaziose, la cucina attrezzata con camino e la loggia panoramica offrono un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La vista mozzafiato su Todi e le colline circostanti è semplicemente incantevole. Ogni dettaglio dell'arredamento riflette un gusto raffinato, creando un ambiente elegante e confortevole. La posizione tranquilla, a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Todi, permette di godere della serenità della campagna senza rinunciare alla comodità della città. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Sergio, il proprietario, per la sua ospitalità calorosa e la disponibilità costante. La sua passione per la proprietà e l'attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque desideri un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Leonardo & Francesca!

My family and I spent one night there so we could go to Assisi. We wish we could have stayed longer! The atmosphere is great, the apartment is very large and very well equipped! I highly recommend it and will definitely recommend it to my friends. It's worth every penny.

il viaggio con mia figlia ad Amelia è stato memorabile..Dal paese a pochi minuti di macchina c'è la possibilità di vedere tanto altro di meraviglioso come le cascate delle marmore... Fabio è super disponibile e si metterà a vostra disposizione per accompagnarvi nell'appartamento, in più non vi farà mancare niente per le cose essenziali del bagno,della cucina e per la prima colazione...sono molto soddisfatto...

L'alloggio di Marco corrisponde in tutto alle foto. L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto un check in flessibile che ci ha consentito di ultimare i nostri giri. La terrazza con vista lago è molto suggestiva e romantica. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati solo 2 giorni, ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci occorreva e anche di più, compresi una ciotala ed un materassino per il mio cagnolino. Top. La zona è tranquilla, verde e ben servita. Ottimo punto di partenza per le cascate delle Marmore , Narni, Labro , San Gemini e altre mete note. Di certo ci ritorneremo . Grazie Marco.

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

Antonio è disponibile e simpatico. Ci ha dato consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Appartamento ristrutturato carino, pulito e funzionale. Ottima la posizione per visitare la Tuscia.
