Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire wolds, The Old Barn holiday cottage is a perfect place to come and relax in a peaceful and rural location. Spend your days in the rolling hills of the wolds, or go and take in the atmosphere of our several local market towns. You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive.

The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The historic town of Louth with it's many cafes, restaurants & independent shops is only 5 minutes away. Coastal towns of Skegness, Mablethorpe & Cleethorpes, Market town of Horncastle, Dambusters famous Woodall Spa & Lincoln Cathedral are within local area. Ramblers rejoice! There are many picturesque walks nearby.

Lakeside Indulgent lodge 8 berth, Hottub & ramp

Privately owned Lakeside Lodge with fantastic views across Water Ski Lake. All self-catering needs are met. Bed linen & bathing towels are provided. Sun all day long on the decking. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. According to park rules, lead guests must be 21 years of age or older. As we are privately owned, you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park. The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
