We had a lovely 3 night stay. What really made it for us was Laura and ash’s kindness and warmth, the location and the beautiful outside space including the great hot tub. It’s such a peaceful location with country/woodland walks from the front door but villages/amenities within easy reach. There are loads of lovely places to visit within 30 mins drive. The chalet is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s not brand new but was warm, comfy and clean with everything in good working order. We all slept well. The shower is not the most powerful but we found it fine. I think it’s really good value for what is on offer.

We had such a lovely stay at Pam’s beautiful cottage. Everything you could ask for - home from home. Very peaceful surroundings and we really enjoyed the view looking out onto horses. Perfect location for the exploring the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area again.

Really lovely peaceful cabin. It looks smaller from the outside than it feels inside, id say perfectly formed with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt right at home straight away. We walked for miles with the dogs on the beach, almost had the whole beach to ourselves. I imagine in the summer it would be beautiful with the doors open out on to the deck, the lake is so peaceful. We will definitely be back. The Observatory around 2.5 mile walk each way on the beach was a lovely spot for breakfast, great coffee and lots of dietary requirements catered for (vegan, gluten free)

Perfect night away for my fiancés birthday! We had a lovely relaxing time in the hot tub, uninterrupted with lovely views of fields going back miles. Steve was very friendly and communicated well throughout. Thankyou

Hosts was 10/10 very helpful, friendly and supportive even stayed in the phone to help us find the caravan late evening so kind. Left a nice treat as a welcome which I found so lovely , the caravan was spotless, beautiful, had everything and more, the hot tub was amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend break. Honestly the best caravan breaks we had. Traveled less than a hour to Skegness beach and fun fair. So many beautiful things to see and do. I couldn’t leave much of a feedback on the note book as the pen didn’t work and my car pen didn’t either lol but honestly fantastic hosts, caravans incredible, just overall incredible

We loved our time here! Location is perfect, so nice to be on a farm with such friendly dogs/cats and other animals to greet. Jan was very welcoming, he greeted us on arrival and showed us around the Airbnb. Explained where things were, how things worked etc. Jan was very generous with the breakfast bundle (bacon, sausages, eggs and bread), also with his recommendations of things to do in the area, and very generous showing us around the farm and explaining a little more about how it all operates there. The Airbnb is bigger than we expected, and the bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back at some point. Many thanks!

What a fabulous find, we stayed for one night as we were visiting a Spring Market on the Saturday. Martin was a great host very friendly and welcoming and the property was even better than we had envisioned. Such a peaceful location with beautiful views and very close to the market town of Southwell which was very quaint with some beautiful shops and places to eat. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Martin’s property. Thank you again Martin.

Accommodation was lovely , clean tidy had everything you needed . Bacon bread milk and orange juice bought in for us as we got there 👍🏻 Surroundings were lovely and peaceful, did a bit of fishing , was the perfect New Year’s Eve stay and would definitely book again Thankyou Sharon x
