New Clean Private Guesthouse

**Internet has been upgraded** Hey there! Our family, along with our two little adorable Yorkies, are living in this cute house, not too far from the heart of Los Angeles! Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. We love to travel and appreciate seeing the world as much as possible. We would love to have you as our guest while on your own adventure around the world!

Enjoy Your stay at this cozy studio located in West Hills California! This studio is centrally located in the premier West Hills neighborhood, a short drive from Calabasas, Malibu, Santa Monica, Warner Center. Wifi and street parking are included. Close to groceries, restaurants, shopping malls. Easy access to freeways. Brand new furniture and mattress bedding. Has its own heater and AC, not shared with the rest of the building. Shares a wall with the rest of the house where my family lives.

Delightful Space in Woodland Hills

Welcome to our California cozy guest house! Relax on the patio or make use of the fold-away desk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the sofa easily converts to accommodate extra guests. Rest assured with outdoor cameras ensuring safety and privacy. Guests enjoy access via a private side entrance. Assistance is readily available upon request for a comfortable stay. Take advantage of cleaning services for extended visits. Please remember to return the permit to avoid a replacement fee of $50.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Central location in Encino, minutes from Lake Balboa Park and recreation area.
