The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Stayed with my girlfriend here on 19th and 20th of April. THIS ISNT A PAID REVIEW AT ALL. I am very happy that I chose this place as our stay in Pune. First of all, host Mr. Ashutosh is very professional, responsive and helpful. He was ready to assist us even at morning 5:30 if any issue persisted. The place is exactly as described in the about page. Private, isolated and clean. All the amaneties from a simple toaster to microvave; gayer, washing machine, ac were working properly. Location is well connected. It is a big complex. All quick delivery services like Zomato, blinkit work properly here. Concluding: We are coming again and again here onwards. The place and the host both are just exactly what one needs. Thank you Ashutosh for making our stay in Pune memorable. Grateful.

This was the perfect place for my stay! The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable experience a cozy bed, plenty of storage space, and a well equipped bathroom. The little touches, like a bottle of water on the nightstand and extra pillows, really made a difference. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local cafes and transport. I loved how easy it was to explore the area. Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was super clean and comfy. It’s right next to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, so getting around was easy. Daily essentials were just a short walk away, and all the food and grocery apps like Blinkit, Zomato, and Swiggy deliver here without any hassle. The best part? The amazing amenities in the tower—riverfront boating, horse riding, a golf course, plus the usual stuff like a swimming pool, gym, and games room. It honestly felt like a mini vacation spot. Definitely coming back again!

My friends and I had a lovely time at this villa! It was as described. Even though the location was quite remote, Sharad was very responsive and gave helpful instructions. We had a amazing stay at this beautiful 6bhk mansion property. The villa was spacious, clean and with the ultimate feel of luxury. The living area was so aesthetic and giving best comfort for relaxing together. Bedrooms were so decent and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the outdoor space it was great for hanging out and enjoying the weather. Highly recommend property

We had a wonderful experience at the villa. No better place for a group of senior citizens, all college classmates, to meet with spouses and recall their good old college days. Beautifully maintained property with a touch of vintage look and feel. Host and caretaker made us feel completely at home and ensured that all our pre-checkin requests were taken care of. We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy
