Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Ein Haus für sich alleine. Wer will das nicht. Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe über dem Tal. Das Haus ist noch fast im Zustand wie 1793 erbaut. Ideal für Nostalgiker. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 min Fussmarsch vom Parkplatz entfernt. Transport für Gepäck und Lebensmittel/Getränke wird während der Check-in-Zeit organisiert. Beim Erstbesuch gehen wir gemeinsam zum Haus, da der Holzherd und Ofen erklärungsbedürftig sind.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
