Although shops, restaurants and pubs are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded and on the foxford walk way...

Pontoon freshwater beach is 10 mins drive, Ennischrone, Killalla and Westport are 30 mins away and boast fabulous beaches. The house sleeps 8 people and is newly renovated. Hello from the rolling hills of Sligo! Our property is a spacious, modern, 1st floor studio appartment adjacent to our family home. It is fully furnished to a high standard with all mod cons. Bright & airy with a beautiful view over mature hardwood forest, it is nestled on a working sheep farm. It is a short 10 minute drive to Sligo Town, 3 minutes to Castledargan Hotel and Golf Course, and 5 minutes to Markree Castle with easy access to upland and forest walks, and world renowned beaches.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

This is a lovely old style cottage attached to an Authentic local Irish Pub. It is self contained with front and rear entrances and parking. There are two open fireplaces. A great choice for a large family group, a group of friends, or a couple. Knock Ireland West International Airport is approx 30 mins away. There are woods, lakes and amazing beaches very close by. Ballina Town is only 8km away. Combine your stay with the perfect pint of Guinness and a chat with the locals, next door!
