A fabulous Grade II listed 2 bedroom Granary conversion situated in a quiet rural location, within walking distance to parks, shops (and coffee!), located on the edge of the Cotswolds. Easy access to Oxford and Cheltenham. The Granary has great privacy, spacious accommodation and two private patios within an enclosed walled garden, good space for alfresco dining. On the 1st floor is an open plan space with lounge, dining and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Externally is a gravelled garden perfect for alfresco dining. There are a variety of pubs, shops, restaurants, and parks all within close walking distance. Max. 4 people.

Enjoy your time at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in a private south-facing garden with full access to a tennis court and basketball hoop. The Bungalow is neighbouring a 100 acres country park known as Coate Water Nature Reserve. Within the 100 acres are a lake, woodland, including an arboretum and many walking and cycling trails. Also within walking distance of the Bungalow are shops and a popular Local Pub. Old Town, Cinemas and the Swindon Outlet village are all close by.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
