New Forest Cottage, a peaceful, charming haven

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the small village of Tiptoe in the New Forest. Relax in secluded tranquility, or delve into the breathtaking delights of the New Forest with gorgeous country walks, dedicated cycle paths through ancient woodland and delicious food at country pubs or cosy tea rooms. The perfect retreat from which to explore the harbour town of Christchurch, Milford-on-Sea with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, and the Georgian market town of Lymington.

Delightful Fishermans Lodge - central Christchurch

Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. This stunning Lodge is the perfect getaway, having the benefit of peaceful river views, whilst in the centre of historic Christchurch. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Close to beaches AND the New Forest.

Studio 6

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Escape to The Cabin in the beautiful New Forest

The Cabin is a stylish and modern space situated in the village of Sway and within walking distance of the open forest. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. There are two pubs within the village and plenty of forest walks. Lymington Market Town is only a short drive away, as is the beach. The Cabin is located at our riding school, Coombe Stables, there are options for treks out onto the open forest for all abilities or shorter rides in the arena.

Chapel End @ The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Part of a delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well as some amazing beaches. Chapel End is a studio room that has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, kitchen and a 2 seater dining table. It has it's own entrance at the end of the Old Chapel. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus a private courtyard garden with a table and 4 chairs.

Barton Hollow

Less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and just a short drive from the town and forest, you'll have convenience and choice at your doorstep.

New Forest Luxury Hideaway

Handcrafted from traditional materials, our luxury retreat blends industrial style with a modern twist. The Salt Hut is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, time with a close friend or a solo adventure. A five minute drive to the centre of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest, and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!
