Everything you need for a relaxing mountain vacation is here. Our property is located just east of Hendersonville surrounded by horse farms and orchards. Summer and fall are great times to pick apples, blackberries and other fruit. For wine lovers, there are six wineries in our area offering tastings, music and great food. Many of these locations are with 10-15 minutes of the cabin. Local breweries offer craft beer and live music. The shared fire pit is available to enjoy your favorite beverage.

Our private cabin in the woods is in a secluded, quiet mountain community. It shares over an acre of land with our primary residence, wild turkeys, and an occasional bear. Just 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, the famous Biltmore Estate, and craft breweries galore! The Blue Ridge Parkway is 7 minutes away, offering beautiful scenery, waterfalls, and wildlife. Lots of hiking, jogging, and biking trails. Warren Wilson College is 5 minutes away. Perfect location any time of the year!

Pisgah Highlands Chestnut Creek Cabin

Cozy up in our newly renovated 1940’s creek side cabin. The back yard over looks Pisgah National Forest! Hike from the neighborhood trail into Pisgah, or drive 4 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a hot bath in our outdoor clawfoot tub and enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek. Try out the sauna and cold plunge in the creek! Just a 25 minute easy drive to Asheville. This cozy dwelling is perfect for couples and small families. 20 min to downtown Asheville and great hiking in Montreat, 10 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 16 min from Black Mountain, and 30 minutes to the Asheville airport.
