The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Kuchynka s dvojplatničkou ,varnou kanvicou a pieckou na drevo. Jedlo si doneste svoje a ukuchtite si ho.  Mala kupelka so sprchou zachodom.Je tam televizor. Je tam aj velikanska zahrada kde sa mozu deti vyblaznit a zahrat si bedbinton , futbal,nahanacku. Maringotka je velmi utulna a prijemna. ked tam budete zapocuvate sa do krasneho stebotu vtakov Uvidite odtial cely Pezinok.Nadichate sa cerstveho vzduchu. My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Tiny house for hippie souls

This tiny house is fully furnished, with bath room, huge windows, located in a green garden of a family house in Bratislava with a pleasant atmosphere. It is separated by a fence from the other house in this garden, located under a huge tree, in Bratislava /Ružinov/, app. 25 min. by tram from the city center (10 min. by car). It is in a quiet street, yet close to everything, suitable for solo traveler (or couple), for hippie souls. Parking is free. Veggie dishes might be available on request.

Welcome to Naive Home, an apartment with soul. This comfortable studio with AC is located in the Bratislava Old Town, with amazing view of the Reformed Church. Historical center, shops, restaurants - everything the city can offer is just a step away. This apartment is quiet (even though tram stop is close) because it is oriented to a silent courtyard. Naive Home decorations are inspired by folk ornaments, all are handpainted. We are located on 2nd floor with elevator in residential building

A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Historical house was built in the early 19th century. Flat´s location in the courtyard with the garden will give you safety and calmness. The area of 75 sq m and 3 separate rooms are spacious for 6 people. The house is situated in Old Town, walking to the Castle hill and pedestrian zone with all atractions. Apt is close to good restaurants, vineries, pubs, coffee places, music clubs, museums and galleries or National theatre. Flat has wheelchair access and is familly friendly.

Designový apartmán v blízkosti letiště s velkou sluneční terasou. Nabízí klid, styl a výbornou dostupnost do centra Bratislavy. Součástí je podzměné parkovací místo. Okolí má výbornou občanskou vybavenost (AVION, IKEA, STARBUCKS, MC DONALDS...). Apartnám je plně vybaven - pračkou, sušičkou, myčkou na nádobí, domácím kinem se všemi streamovacími službami a kompletně vybavenou kuchyní s kávovarem. Večer si můžete vychutnat sklenku vína na velké terase s nádherným výhledem.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
