Leelanau Secluded Tiny House Northport

Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi. From it's spacious breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan your adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!
