The Bearfoot Retreat Kingsport, TN

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50-inch TV w/Roku, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.

The home also has a kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer upstairs. The 2-bedrooms, separate work area, bathroom with walk-in shower are downstairs. The back porch has steps with no railings. Rogersville is only a 15-minute drive.
