It was my honeymoon trip and the stay at shuag valley view homestay just made it WoWw. The view is just tremendously jaw dropping. The carvings, the interior, and the hospitality everything is fantastic. I would like to suggest to upcoming guests, Please, please, please do try atleast one time meal prepared by Mr. Kuldeep. He is a Ace of Chefs. I tried Rajma rice (Desi orgainc Rajma), and Kadhi Rice. I bet whoever try it once, will definitely come back for the taste. Also on individual level Mr. Kuldeep is wonderful person. Thanks for everything, May God will fulfill all your dreams.🙏🏿 I would also suggest the guests, please keep the Luggage at minimalist because to reach at the property there is a trek of around 300 metre approx. But its worth the experience.

We had a lovely stay at seven oaks. Everything was spotlessly clean .Prakash, the care taker and his wife made sure that our stay was very comfortable. The property itself is a beautiful heritage cottage surrounded by cedar trees. Our evenings were spent sitting outside in the garden, enjoying a cup of tea, the beautiful views and fresh air. (A refreshing shift from polluted Delhi!) Centrally located and an easy approach, I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.We will return again soon!

This was undoubtedly one of my best stay in a long long time.. Want to summarise the experience 1. A down to earth, responsive, ever eager to help host Surinder ji.. Takes away all your negative apprenesions out of context, once you communicate with Surinder ji 2. Property as it is as shown in the photos.. Such a heavenly view of Kailash, and the Dhauladhar range from the rooms, all rooms have mountain view as claimed in property description. 3. Peaceful and blissful stay, if you love nature Surely recommended for vacations/staycations...

Our big family of 8 people had the most wonderful time at Manish's homestay. Manish's wife, Vandana is a fantastic cook and they're lovely hosts. We got a chance to walk around the village, understand the community, and spent our time amidst laughter and gratitude. We would love to go back to the Foggy Hill's Homestay and spend our upcoming holidays there!

Great place to visit for workactions or if you just want to chill away from the tourists croud. Peaceful place in the lapse of nature and even then facilities like food, internet connection and all were top notch.

One of the bestest holiday of my life with the greatest experience of all time. Everything is beyond perfection wether it is food, the cleanliness, the behaviour or caretaker everything. The biggest reason behind the greatest experience is AMAN the caretaker. The best caretaker i have ever met. He is just awesome and always ready to provide any help we need. The food quality is also awesome.

If you want to experience your first snow, begin with Bhaderwah and choose Colonel Kuldeep Singh as host. It is worth every penny. We were a group of 5 (2 males and 3 females) visiting Udhampur for a wedding. I pinged Kuldeep for a place to stay at Bhaderwah. "Bhaderwah is safe for girls and you'll get to see snow" was his first response. He offered a two-day itinerary from pickup at Udhampur to drop at Jammu Airport. We were accompanied by his buddy Mr. Balbir Singh, and his wife, Ms. Romi. Colonel never treated us like tourists, I got a peek of a traveler's life. We had home cooked meals from chef Romi. We visited Jai Ghati, a white heaven. Not many know Bhaderwah is a tourist spot, so we had the snow to ourselves. Kuldeep is passionate about promoting tourism in Bhaderwah. He introduced us to the locals. We went on a morning trek at Chhuna. Visited Guldanda to see the view of snow capped mountains. But it was crowded and windy. We left and Balbir was driving like a pro on icy roads.
