Me encantó la atención del anfitrión, el lugar está situado a unos cuantos pasos de la estación Atocha La verdad excelente lugar y todo Lo recomiendo y si me volvería a quedar en este hermoso lugar

Super séjour! Appartement agréable, joli, cosy et paisible. À proximité immédiate du métro (moins de 50m de Retiro). Hôte très réactif, consignes claires envoyées par whattsapp, récupération des clefs souple et facile. Nous avons connu la panne générale en Espagne ce 28/4, prise de contact de l hôte pour vérifier qu’on allait bien et nous aider dans nos démarches. Alejandro est formidable et accessible.

Todo ok.Agradezco a César su acompañamiento en la llegada que fue accidentada porque perdimos una noche de alojamiento debido al corte de energía eléctrica que afectó a España y nos dejó tiradas en el medio de la nada por la zona de Andalucía, en un tren de alta velocidad durante 27 horas.

Sin duda volveria a eate hermoso espacio, manejado por una anfitriona increible Todo super El lugar, la ubicacion, el super 24 hs cerca, no se q mas agregar. Me quedo corta c la descripcio

L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout : métro, bus, taxi, en plein centre-ville. Pas besoin de transport pour rejoindre Gran Vía, la Plaza Mayor ou le musée du Prado, tout se fait à pied ! Le logement est très propre, bien rangé, et parfaitement équipé — on trouve tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine. Carmen a été très réactive et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci encore !

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

Prima appartement. Toplocatie! Heel fijn rustig plein met terras om de hoek en de levendigheid van de grote stad op enkele minuten loopafstand.

This is a fantastic spot - you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the design. If you book, know that this is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator, so won’t be ideal if you have heavy checked luggage. Otherwise, everything was great

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este Airbnb. El apartamento era muy cómodo, estaba impecablemente limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. La zona se sentía segura en todo momento, incluso al caminar por la noche, y el metro estaba a solo 10 minutos caminando, lo cual facilitó mucho moverme por la ciudad. El anfitrión fue muy atento, amable y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Our stay was perfect. The house is walking distance to everywhere in the city but is off the street so is very quiet. It was very cold and rainy when we were there. We really appreciated the dual climate control units. We also came with a suitcase full of dirty clothes and really appreciated all of the hangars and the drying rack that enabled us to do 3 loads of laundry the first night. Most Airbnbs have only a few hangars.

Super Unterkunft mit sehr guter und ruhiger Lage. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (8 & 14 Jahre) für ein paar Tage in Madrid und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft ist super eingerichtet, mit toller Ausstattung. Es war genug Platz für alle und man hat sich nicht eingeengt gefühlt. Die Metro ins Zentrum ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Flughafen ist in ca. 30 Minuten in der Morgenstunden per Auto zu erreichen. Vom Hauptbahnhof bis zur Unterkunft sind es ca. 45 Minuten mit der U-Bahn. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Karena ist sehr nett und hat keine Fragen offen gelassen und auch sehr tolle Tips gegeben. Was soll mal man mehr sagen, einfach buchen - wir empfehlen das Loft zu 100 %.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per alcuni giorni. L'alloggio era conforme alla descrizione, pulito e ben tenuto. Il check-in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l'host chiara e puntuale. Dista circa 10/15 minuti dal centro di Madrid. Nel complesso, un buon punto d'appoggio per visitare la città.

Il monolocale é risultato pulito ed accogliente. Il check-in facile e rapido. La posizione è ottima perché vicino alla metro e quindi facile spostarsi in tutta madrid e arrivare all'aeroporto. Quartiere tranquillo e utilissimo il market vicino all'alloggio. Se avete dei bimbi apprezzerete il parchetto di fronte all'alloggio. Ci tornerremo volentieri se dovessimo tornate a Madrid. Host disponibile, reattivo e consigli utili.

Maravilloso espacio iluminado, ordenado y muy cómodo para hospedarse. La comunicación y atención de la anfitriona es extraordinaria 🥇. Muy recomendado para unos días maravillosos en Madrid! 🥳💪🏻

David was a really quick responding host. Every question had a fast answer . The place was near the metro station and it was really amazing the metro network in Madrid . David was really polite with many local proposals for every taste . But I want to be honest that his place is not fit to a three member family like us . Poor sound insulation , not enough space for all of us , and a sofa turns to bed for sleeping . This is wrong understanding by me and not David’s false. But I don’t want to complain because Madrid is something else and I will always connect my first visit in Madrid with David’s apartment . Thanks David .
