This cozy and beautifully decorated home features a main level Queen master plus a spacious loft-style queen bedroom which includes a built in twin bed nook and hidden play area for kids and office desk work area. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room if needed. The living room includes a well-stocked coffee bar, and spotless interiors that feel both inviting and stylish.

The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage.
