Located on the main channel of the Withlacoochee River across from the State Forest, this home offers relaxation and recreation. The home is equipped with canoes & kayaks to launch from the backyard, and bikes to enjoy the 40+ miles of paved and mountain bike trails. Come home to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the river view, hang out and fish from the river bank, lie out back in a couple hammocks, or fire up the grill. This home is a great vacation getaway for couples, families, & friends!

We have a small family run 501C-3 wildlife rescue here on our 18 acre facility that you will be staying at. We do live on the property, but in a detached house across the driveway.

Walk to Sumter w/cart - Beautiful Courtyard Villa

We love this home because the location is FANTASTIC! It's under a mile to Sumter Landing (walking distance for us :)). Also, new floors, paint, etc! The living room furniture is extremely comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every room. (The second bedroom but needs your own Roku or Firestick!) There is a cart included which is the best way to see The Villages. We know you will love it here! Let us know if you have any questions.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

By golf cart, you are only minutes from pools, rec. centers, golf courses and many dining options as well as the grocery store. The home includes a nice outdoor seating area. The "squares" provide FREE nightly entertainment. I offer a golf cart for getting around in The Villages. This get-away home is perfect for people looking to relax OR never be bored! Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.
