Welcome to the newest and nicest remodel of Red Pine. This unit was fully remodeled and completed in Summer of 2017. This unit offers quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, a large central island, open floor plan, upgraded appliances, HD TV's, and a true 1.5 bath for your convenience. The newly open floor plan is great for socializing and dining. Unit includes a private patio that includes a table for 4 and new Weber grill. Enjoy the open view of the beautiful Canyons golf course, hole 13.

The unit features a dining table for 4, electric fireplace, 40" HDTV with DirecTV and DVD, covered deck, & free Wi-Fi! The kitchen has a clothes washer-dryer combo, bar height fridge, four burner cooktop, full size microwave, Kuerig coffee maker with a selection of coffees, teas, and even hot cocoa! There's also a toaster, blender, and an Oster Countertop Convection Oven large enough for a 12" pizza!

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

This studio-loft condo is located in the Prospector Complex which is an ideal location within Park City. There are 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 min drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 mins walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.

Locked Storage closet for skis, bikes or luggage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Community includes splash pad, soccer fields, playground, boardwalk trails and biking trails. Free transportation throughout Park City via High Valley Transit.
