Main Floor not in the basement. Entire suite and totally private unit(not a shared space). One bedroom queen bed, living room has a pull out double sofa bed, a folding single cot/bed, one bathroom (shower) with a washer and dryer in suite, private entrance, full kitchen, dishwasher and a fully fenced yard. Can accommodate 1-4 people. Close to LRT, recreation center and gym. Pet friendly with a pet fee. Manning Village off-leash Dog Park is a 12 mins walk away. Sofa bed/cot available upon request

Returning guests please read full description for changes .... Private bachelor suite in bsmnt of family home, mins from EDMONTON. We are a family with teens & dogs. For the most part, they are super quiet, but of course, they have their moments 😄 We do our best to remind them “that we have a guest" We built a new full time rental on the property. For this reason our BNB no longer has laundry or stove. Laundromat is a few blocks away, kitchen now has lrg countertop toaster oven and hot plate

Bring your family to our comfy home !The house is located in north west Edmonton. 10 minute walk to Walmart,McDonald’s, and more. 5 mins from Anthony Henday, 38 min drive YEG airport. I pride myself in ensuring exemplary cleanliness for each guest. One queen bed and one double bed. Bright with 9 foot ceilings. This is a 2 bedroom large basement suite, separate keyless entrance, enjoy a Netflix and a relaxing night on the 75’’ smart TV. Host family resides upstairs, some noise. Go oilers !!!
