Beautiful Family Home, One level, Open Floor Plan

Step in and embrace the interior design style of this home. This residence showcases dark wood flooring and architectural wood beams, a blend of rustic and chic aesthetics. It has an open floor plan with two large living areas centered around the kitchen with breakfast bar. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating and outdoor dining. For the kids there is a swing set and sandbox. Very family friendly. For sleeping, there are three large bedrooms. Groups over six have 2 twin and one queen sized air mattresses available as well as 2 large sectional sofas. My home is completely updated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. There is high speed internet, a propane grill, a fire pit and a beautiful patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenic backyard . All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and the family room is equipped with a 70 inch Hi Def TV. We are very family friendly and can supply a crib, pack n play, high chair, or toys for your little ones. The huge backyard also has a swing set, playhouse, and a sandbox. It truly is a home away from home. Guests will have complete access to the home with exception of one owners closet and one dresser. I am very close by. We can have as little or as much interaction as you like. The property is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is located within 10 minutes of every major freeway, 5 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, and only 20 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Berea features two Lakes. Coe Lake offers a huge newly-expanded playground, an amphitheater, walking trails, a community pool, and a pavilion with grills. Just down the road Wallace Lake has a beach area and a waterfall with biking trails. There are also awesome locally owned restaurants. This location is within 1 mile of a bus stop and 5 minutes to the train system. My home has three bedrooms with three queen beds that will sleep six people. There are also two sectional sofas that will comfortably accommodate three more people. There are also air mattresses available to use.

Our roomy ranch is a perfect place for you and your family to spread out and chill out. From the large living room to the basement rec room, from the cozy front porch to the comfortable back deck, from the relaxing bedrooms to the large, fenced-in back yard. Nestled in a quite, safe neighborhood on a caul-de-sac, commune with nature as you enjoy the peaceful environment and the occasional family of deer. Isolated from the bustle of the big city, but close enough to get to all the venues.

Make some memories at this cozy little get away in the heart of Olmsted Falls. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue grill for your use. The back yard has a privacy fence and a fire pit. If you prefer to stay in, there are tons of games to play as well as a dart board in the basement. A cozy & newly renovated single family home in the heart of Strongsville where there are COUNTLESS restaurants, shopping (South Park Mall), & entertainment. Located only 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins airport, a half hour from downtown Cleveland, and 15 minutes from Baldwin Wallace University. WiFi internet and a smart TV are also all provided. Also provided is an “old school” Nintendo preloaded with 620 games! No parties/loud gatherings allowed due to the family friendly neighborhood.

Located in Middleburg Heights. Situated in the scenic Metroparks. Very quiet residential family oriented neighborhood. Five minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Minutes from the I X Center, Baldwin Wallace College and the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. Very close and convenient to shopping and many restaurants. We have updated our cleaning process in accordance with Airbnb Covid guidelines and cleanliness standards.
