We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Anna place has a stunning view. There is lots of stairs but worth the exercise. Her apartment is prefectly sized, and has everything you need. Shes a great host who answers all of our questions and helpful if needed. This is our second time staying at her apartment. If we go back, we will certainly stay there again .

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima signora Adolfina che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sulla casa e sui dintorni. La casa è spaziosa, pulita, accogliente e completa di tutto. Il giardino è ben tenuto e abbiamo potuto godercelo sia noi che il nostro cane! Bellissima esperienza, da ripetere. Host consigliatissimo

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Sono stato ospite da Elena con mia moglie, incinta al nono mese e mio figlio di 2 anni. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano di una bellissima villa ristrutturata e si raggiunge con una scala a chiocciola. L’ambiente è molto luminoso con dettagli altrettanto curati. Ha tutto il necessario per una permanenza davvero rilassante: aria condizionata in salotto e camera da letto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bidet e doccia molto comodi, balcone spazioso. La terrazza si trova sul tetto della villa e si raggiunge con accesso esterno all’appartamento tramite scala a chiocciola (la stessa che porta all’appartamento): enorme, con vista sugli alberi e sulle Alpi, arredata con lettini-ombrellone e un tavolo dove poter cenare. Abbiamo alloggiato ad Agosto in settimane molto calde quindi l’abbiamo usata dopo il tramonto. Elena è stata una host impeccabile, generosa nei consigli e instancabile nel fornirci supporto. Ci ha dimostrato una empatia fuori dal comune facendoci stare benissimo.

Claudia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Appartements haben alles was man braucht, das Pool ist super - sehr sauber und mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Die lage ist auch top - in etwa 15 Minuten ist man in der Volterra und bis zu San Gimignano braucht man nur eine halbe Stunde. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns für das leckere Öl und den schönen Urlaub!

Chalet bellissimo, pulito, ben arredato e provvisto di tutto. Ottimo per chi viaggia con i propri animali; il giardino è completamente recintato. La signora Anna è gentilissima. Le foto pubblicate non rendono; l’alloggio è più bello dal vivo. Sicuramente torneremo, poiché siamo stati veramente bene.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Tutto perfetto! Silvia é una host molto attenta ai suoi ospiti, molto disponibile e una persona gradevole. La casa è un gioiellino. Piena di dettagli decorativi e mobili vintage originali che si incastrano perfettamente tra di loro. Al pian terreno un’ampia sala luminosissima che si affaccia sul porticato e giardino molto curati. Al piano di sopra 3 confortevoli camere da letto con biancheria pulitissima. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Le temperature non erano ideali per un tuffo nella splendida piscina ma, pensiamo già di tornarci per poterla provare!

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa molto pulita e soprattutto non mancava nulla. La possibilità di portare il cane anche di grossa taglia come il nostro è stata molto apprezzata. Consiglieremo la vostra casa ad amici e parenti che vorranno venire alle 5 terre.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time with Cristiana and Sergio. The apartment "La Margherita" was very clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. We received helpful tips and Cristiana was always open to questions and responded very quickly. For chess lovers, there is a beautiful board in a great location. Highly recommended!

Pool mit Blick in die Berge war traumhaft. Wer die Ruhe sucht wird die Unterkunft lieben. Weg vom Massentourismus aber trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Meer ist aber auch in 50 Min zu erreichen. Einmal haben wir auf Empfehlung von Giovanni eine schöne Bootstour von La Spezia nach Cinque Terre gemacht. Küche war super ausgestattet.

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Tack för trevliga dagar hos er, Andrea! Vi hade tyvärr otur med vädret med mycket regn och kyla, och då var den öppna spisen guld värd - där mös vi flera kvällar. Det var också bra att det gick att sätta på värmen per timme med termostaten. Andrea var också flexibel med den inbokade matlagningskurs vi bokat och som vi var tvungna att ställa in när en av oss blev sjuk. Jag tror att Agriturismo Guilia är ännu trevligare när man kan nyttja hela trädgården och poolområdet när vädret är bättre. Det hade vi tyvärr inte möjlighet att utnyttja fullt ut nu pga ovanligt kall och regnig påskvecka. Vi hade det väldigt trevligt ändå och kommer gärna tillbaka någon gång och hoppas på bättre väder. :-)

Es ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo fatto 4 notti a cavallo di Capodanno in 14 persone, la casa era splendida e corrispondeva perfettamente all'annuncio. Davide è stato un host fantastico: gentile, educato e premuroso.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.
