Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die man im Urlaub zur Versorgung braucht. Im Garten kann gegrillt werden und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit für ein Lagerfeuer. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Städtetouren.

Unsere liebevoll renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Whg. im EG der alten Papiermühle von 1539 bietet Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Sie ist ca. 55 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es kann aber im Wohnzimmer die Couch zusätzlich für zwei weitere Personen zum bequemen Queensize-Doppelbett umgebaut werden.
