Denna nybyggda lägenhet har en ovanligt bra utsikt, i ett nybyggt hus med miljöprofil, färdigställt 2025. Här kan du vakna och höra vågorna klucka. Två arkitekter har byggt en villa med lägenheter, till den utökade familjen. Delar av den hyrs nu ut. Från boendet är det 5 min promenad till tunnebanan (500m) , som tar dig till T-centralen (Centralstationen) på 16 minuter.

The apartment is located in a villa, 10 min walk to Nynäshamn's C, 10 min walk to the commuter train to Stockholm and 10-15 min walk to the beach and the ferries. Here you can stay and enjoy the summer with swimming in the sea. Take the opportunity to discover Nynäshamn on your way to Gotland, Gotska Sandön, Poland and Latvia. Time for check-in after agreement.
