Apartment EM Stobrec Split Croatia

Split, situated on the most indented part of the Adriatic coast, is the most beautiful town in the world according to all of those who experienced its unique charm. City is filled with cultural and historical landmarks that live today in the unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity. This apartment is situated within administrative borders of the east part of city of Split, in city district Stobrec. The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. No hidden prices (blankets, sheets, towels are provided and internet, air condition, tourist tax are included in the price). Welcome to Stobrec Split Riviera Croatia! P.S. Possible to arrange cab at an affordable price (to and from) Split – airport transfer. **Please note that it has to be arranged before your arrival and it depends on the time of you arrival and departure. Apartment Harmony

Opustite se u novom i moderno uređenom smještaju u mjestu Stobreč pokraj Splita. Na izvrsnoj je lokaciji, s pogledom na planinu, a na udaljenosti 150 m od plaže. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se: trgovine, pekara, ribarnica, voćarna, fast food, restorani i kafići. Do centra Splita možete doći vožnjom u 10 - 15 minuta; autobusna stanica nalazi se točno nasuprot apartmanu. Od ostalih sadržaja u blizini izdvajamo golf terene, teniski teren te šetnicu uz rijeku Žrnovnicu. Nudimo besplatni parking.

"Apartment Galeb"

If you like small and quiet places for your vacation then Stobreč is the one. It has everything you will need during your stay; restaurants, bar, supermarket, grocery store, park, ect... Located just 7 km from Split, Stobreč offers great position if you like explore the countyside; Omiš, Trogir, Klis,Brač,Hvar, and other destinations are all nearby. Apartment is located in centre of town, it is next to sea so you will enjoy the beautiful view, naerest beach is 2 minmutes away by foot.

Palm paradise 1

Luxury 4 stars apartment on the ground floor with entrance from subtropical botanical garden. Located in peacefull part of Stobreč, surrounded with palms,yuccas, agaves and other mediterranean herbs. Close to public transport (400 m), Split city center (7 km), train and bus station (7 km), booth sandy- blue flag and rocky beaches (700 m), local mountains (10 minutes with car), and the airport (20 km). Ideal for couples . Shared barbecue in stone eco house.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Penthouse for 6 - Split/ with jacuzzi/free parking

The Relax Zone is rented on weekly or daily basis. The luksury penthouse is fully air conditioned, fully refurbished with a high standard furniture and appliances. Modern studio with Wifi, parking & garden near sea

Beautiful studio close to Split UNESCO heritage city, beach, shops, restaurants and caffees. Inspired by design minimalism, it is clean and uncluttered with interesting details giving it warmth and personality. We wanted to create space that will let you relax and breathe. The studio exits garden and you will surely love drinking coffee in the garden. You can use outside grill and and dinning area if you wish as well!

Apartman Martin

Apartment Martin is located on the cliff in a traditional Dalmatian stone house. The private terrace on the cliff is above the sea. If you want a real authentic Dalmatian coast experience this is the perfect place.Two rooms with two air conditioners and its own beautiful terrace at Stobreč top location. Two private bathrooms. Quiet part of town. Arrival to the apartment is through a one-way street.
