The location is fantastic - it's a 10 min walk to catch the train into Dublin City. We’re walking distance to Dun Laoghaire waterfront, Sandycove Beach and the iconic 40-Foot swimming spot. Killiney Hill Park and the gorgeous villages of Dalkey, Sandycove and Glasthule are also on our doorstep with loads of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to choose from.

My place is in the heart of Blackrock a great base for exploring Dublin city and indeed any part of Ireland due to its central location. City center is 10 mins away by train or bus and the airport coach stops nearby. Easy access to many venues is also possible including RDS, AVIVA stadium, 3 Arena and UCD. You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
