Cozy Getaway

This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

Second floor two bedroom apt Includes tv, refrigerator and microwave and dishes. Laundry facilities downstairs. Although we are very much a country setting we are only a half mile from the town square where you will find most of the towns businesses. We are a smoke free apt. Sorry NO pets. We are 9 miles from Jewett, 10 miles from Hopedale, 17 miles from St Clairsville, 26 miles from Steubenville and 16 miles from Tappen Lake.
