This is a 2 bed/2 bath condo with one reserved parking spot and one guest spot plus public parking on the street. The balcony offers views of the Davis Wade Stadium and MSU's campus. This unit is located on the second floor, and you can see the lights of Davis Wade Stadium from the balcony. The pool is available to our guests seasonally.

Concrete open parking pad for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Perfect for mature guests with lots of amenities provided!
