Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Luxury Appartment 1. Villa Eleonora by the beach

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju u mirnijem dijelu Novalje. Apartman ima prostran balkon s orijentacijom prema moru te prekrasnim uredjenim vrtom u zelenom ambijentu. U apartmanu se nalazi svi osnovni sadrzaji za ugodan boravak, klima , wifi , posjeduje aparat za kavu, sup daska i mogucnost koristenja grilla. U sklopu apartmana je slobodno jedno parkirno mjesto. Udaljenost do mora je 800 metara, a do centra oko 1 .3 km.
