Michael and Lima were both great hosts. Their house is on a quiet street and within walking distance of just about everything you could need in uptown. Would definitely stay here again.

Solid location for a weekend away with friends. This was very easy and worth the rate.

Perfect place for two people that that are mobile. An almost brand new unit that has all of the latest conveniences. The bed is supper comfortable. The rental unit is located above a two car garage that is very quiet for a wonderful green way is located directly behind the rental. In the Belmont section of Charlotte within an easy walk to the blue line that quickly gets one downtown or north to No Da.

My husband is from Kannapolis and we were thete visiting his family, and our 30th wedding anniversary was also during the visit. One of our nephews recommended Kyle's airbnb as a suggestion for our anniversary. Kyle responded to our booking request, and immediately accommodated us when we ask to extend our stay another day. That's how much we enjoyed it! The apartment is beautifully decorated and is in the heart of downtown Kannapolis walking distance to the baseball stadium, home to the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, ice cream, and a gourmet popcorn store. Kyle's airbnb is now at the top of our list for places to stay while visiting Kannapolis.

This host was truly accommodating. The property’s security measures were exceptional. The apartment was spotless; the fresh scent upon entering indicated meticulous cleaning. Everything matched the online photos perfectly. I had an excellent stay and will undoubtedly book again!

This place is very comfortable, great location and well stocked. We’d stay here again when visiting Salisbury.

Jac was very responsive and sent very clear instructions on where to park, how to get inside the building, and how to check into the apartment. He also gave a great list of recommendations on places to go and where to eat. Place was very clean and the beds were comfy.

The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

Our host was very responsive and kind! All the info we needed was given in a timely manner. It was very nice to have two bathrooms with nice towels. The two rooms being on one side and the other room on the opposite side of the house was nice. The beds were VERY comfortable and clean!!! They even went extra to have stand up fans in each room!!! So kind! Decor was simple and cozy so it made it very relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked with needs and things in the kitchen were placed in locations that made sense. Also they left coffee so when you get there tired you can unwind to a fresh cup!! The yard was well kept to play games or relax. This house also was very accessible to different towns. We throughly enjoyed our stay, so thank you so much for all your hard work!! We appreciate you!

Our family love this home! The home is absolutely adorable! Leigh is a great host!

Our family of 5 and friends with their little one had plenty of room during our stay. The parents stayed upstairs while 4 boys stayed downstairs (3 teens and 1 school age). The home had an open floor plan and plenty of room for all of us to spread out, but had areas where we could get together for a meal and conversations. We loved the screenporch, large dining table and let's not forget the dock. The home also had 2 hammocks which we took turns all day laying in and relaxing. We also enjoyed taking turns on the kayaks and floating along the river. The owners left plenty of board games for us to play during down time. Nothing to keep us from not coming back. We had a great time and definitely will be back. We didn't even get to use the firepit area to roast our marshmallows.

We had a great stay! Katherine was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The place was a great location and our kids enjoyed the lake!

Rebecca and Ben are the most caring hosts! This place is seriously moneys worth, and won’t surprise you with a beautiful view. I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer it felt like I was just at home. I rate everything a 5/5. Beautiful kitchen, beautiful rooms, etc. Definitely booking again soon!

We rented the lake house so my family and I can spend the holidays and my dad's 87th birthday together. We all had a great time! The place was really nice and the house is really spacious.

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT... ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER STAID IN. WYNN RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I BOOKED THIS LAST MINUTE AND WAS SO WORRIED SOMETHING WAS GOING TO GO WRONG, BUT IT DIDN'T. THANKS SOOO MUCH WYNN.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
