Murphys Del Mar - Remodeled, Walk to Main St.

Murphys Del Mar, located in the historic gold rush town of Murphys, CA, is the perfect place for friends and family to get away. Recently renovated, this 1400 sq. ft. home is on a corner lot just far enough away from downtown to shield any town noise yet close enough to walk to dining and wine tasting. We're also going green! As far as we know, we're the only rental in Murphys powered by solar and Tesla Powerwall batteries--great for the environment and virtually unreliant on the power company.

Classic Executive+Lovely Yard+Best Location

A favorite house+ location; we restored it for my husband’s parents; it’s where we hope to live out our last days as well. Comfortable furnishings+ beds, vintage charm+ grandfather clock so it’s not best for kids. There’s lots of light+ glass block+ beautiful front+ back furnished porches w/ vintage lion fountain too. Large master w/ King bed, smart TV+ french doors+ en-suite bath w/ huge shower+ a vintage clawfoot tub in guest bathroom. Plenty of free onstreet parking+ fastest wifi+ cable too.

This house is the perfect getaway for wine lovers and nature lovers alike. A short walk (only 3 blocks/~10min) to downtown offers easy access to over 25 tasting rooms, shops, and restaurants. This house also makes the perfect home base from which to visit local Calaveras caverns, and parks such as Big Trees State Park and Stanislaus National Forest. The house is extremely quiet, private, and serene.

Welcome to the Sideways House! This beautiful, recently restored, elegantly decorated home was built in 1926. Easy walking distance to parks, wine tasting rooms, breweries, theaters, restaurants, night life, and museums. This house is the perfect place for a wonderful getaway. Tranquil Place in Modesto's Best Area to Call Home

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Home is in a quiet cul de sac and very private. No Filter in the Pictures of This Home. Big back yard to do BBQ'S, plenty of chairs for a gathering, each room has tv's, private yard that is very big for pets to play. Stay here and drive to Yosemite, Bay area, Napa, Sacramento, and Beyond.

Fern Creek Cottage- peaceful creekside setting

You’ll love Fern Creek Cottage because of the location along the Murphys Creek. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the historic downtown. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). NOT recommended for children as the creek is fast moving and not fenced.
