Cijeli prostor obiluje raznim cvijećem i biljkama, te je pažljivo hortikulturno uređen. U dvorištu se nalazi više vrsta voća koje je slobodno gostima za konzumaciju. Mjesto je mirno, a od centra grada Derventa udaljeno 2,5 km. Prvi tržni centar udaljen je svega 2,2 km.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Weekend house "Whisper of the Forest" is in a beautiful, private estate. You can enjoy privacy and peace since there is no other house in 500m radius around us. We are surrounded by forest and clean air. At only 7km away there is an indoor compound with a restaurant and heated pools called "Terme Ozren" where you can use daily tickets for swimming, spa and recreation. At only 3km (5 min. away) we have a gas station, car wash, shop, ambulance, pharmacy, etc.

It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a 12m x 6m saltwater swimming pool, hall that seats 30 people, spit for pig/lamb roasts, 30 lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, an outdoor pavilion, large yard.
