We had a couple days to spend with family at Clearwater Beach and found this amazing place! They are correct, 70 steps and you have white sand and amazing views! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels! Perfect! We decided to enjoy the restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. There were so many, but Grey Roosters's recommendations were spot on! We were looking for relaxing time and we received it! We will ne back! Thank you!

L’appartement de Kamiron est joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Quant à l’emplacement… La plage est sublime et peu fréquentée. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis immédiatement chez nous. Super adresse!

Eric’s place was perfect for me and my husband’s anniversary get-away. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and there are also great restaurants within walking distance. Eric is very proactive with communicating and responsive. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained. We had a perfect vacation!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I absolutely would! Lysette was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and made everything seamless. The location is stunning—just steps from the beach and surrounded by charming streets perfect for walking, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself is adorable, beautifully maintained, and spotless. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—it truly exceeded all expectations!

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were able to cook meals when we wanted, relax, and enjoy the area with ease. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. Easily a 5-star stay!

Our stay was great! We were able to rent loungers and umbrellas making it easy and comfortable to be on the beach. The location is one of the best units in the complex with a direct view of the beach. It was wonderful to watch the sunset comfortably from the balcony each night.

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

El apartamentico era un amor cuando llegamos, todo limpio, ordenado y con las amenidades necesarias y MAS. Solo me apago un poco la emoción que esperaba de tener VISTA AL MAR, y no...ES INTERIOR... No tienes esa vista que buscas..Por lo demas la playa y la localidad un colirio a los ojos. Espectacular 👌 🥰

Great location. Good amenities for the price. Dishwasher was not working and Anna got us a dish rack right away. Extremely communicative and timely in response.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

This location was perfect for a relaxing week! Being just steps from the beach was wonderful and the pool was a happy addition. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets from the deck and living room. We hope to return for another visit!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

What an amazing little gem of a place!This Airbnb is small but was the absolute perfect place for our small family of 4. Newly remodeled and BEAUTIFUL on the inside. Bed was comfortable. Decor very cute. You can see the beach from the couch and kitchen. It was perfect as we have kids. They are older but we still don’t feel comfortable with them alone at the beach. Rachel’s place is so close I could send them down to the beach and see them from the house easily. We had breakfast outside at the outdoor table every morning watching the dolphins. Watched the sunset right from the porch lounge chairs every night. The other units seem to be getting renovated (likely from hurricane). The people there working were quiet and didn’t disturb our stay at all. Parking is a bit tight for this particular unit. The assigned spot is the end by a wall and some trees. In order to get out on the passenger side you have to fight the tree. Luckily, parking wasn’t full but if other units are occupie

Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back. Can't say enough great things about the location and the decor of the home as well as the PMI Clearwater host who was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Can't wait to come back.
