The Hideaway on Mitchellii Lane

A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.

Lower Level with Kitchenette and Private Bath

Well suited for visitors to Goshen the basement guest suite will provide space and comfort while in town. The main entrance is a SHARED ENTRANCE to our family home, with steps to the basement near the front entrance. The lower level is a designated space for guests. The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Kuerig Duo and hot water pot. A large island allows space for eating and working. The living space is furnished with a sofa, love seat and television.

Lofty Spaces, entire upper level, 5 mi from town

Stay in our redecorated entire upstairs level with pass-coded private entry to come and go as you please. Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a double in the second bedroom. (2 cots can be set up for any youth). Full bath with tub and shower, TV room with Kuerig, microwave, mini frig, and back wood’s view. Relax on front porch. Short walk to Fairgrounds and Pumpkin Vine trail. Close by places to eat. Notre Dame is 45 mins away. Shipshewana -40 mins. 60 miles to Lake MI. 3 hr drive to Chicago.

Peaceful get-away in the country. Rich colorful apartment ideal for an extended business trip or just for fun. A thousand square feet of comfortable living space in our walk-out basement. Five to ten minutes from an eclectic mix of dining options and bustling art/artisan scene in downtown Goshen. Walking/biking trails are 1.5 mi. away. Bike trails are also available in Goshen and extend all the way from Elkhart to Shipshewana. We're two minutes from Goshen Airport.

This cozy apartment is 15 minutes away from the University of Notre Dame and just 5 minutes away from the Michigan/ Indiana border. Complete with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and complete laundry room. The living room has 1 queen bed, a pull out minimalistic sectional for extra guests, as well as a 75" SMART TV. One vehicle can park here with its own designated parking spot.

Welcome to our listing! Nested in a private neighborhood, this suite is attached to our house but it’s super private. It has its own entrance with keyless pad. A big living room/coffee area, a separate space for resting with a king bed and private closet. There is also a full bathroom with Bluetooth lights to blast music while taking showers. There is a space for parking and you can go on walks or ride a bike around the neighborhood.

Historic Rose Street Suite

This 1850 home is close to several colleges, including Purdue and Notre Dame. Lakes and Fox Memorial Park right down the street. Plenty to do, lakes, national parks, museums, Hesston Trains, casinos, golf, and vineyards. Besides livin' the lake life in the summer, we're 25 minutes from the Michiana Trail Riders Coalition, for off-roading and snowmobiling. Airbnb parking is street parking next to unit.
