ENTIRE HOUSE: Safe neighborhood in South Bend, 2.7 miles north of Notre Dame. Near the University Park Mall, Wallmart, grocery stores and restaurants. The living and dinning are open concept. There is an outdoor patio area. RV parking. Newer hard floors- no carpet. Stainless steel fridge, micro and oven. Mattresses protective covers. The king mattress is the firmest, the queen is memory foam and twin beds as well. (Accommodate 6- if you pre request and provide guest details). No cleaning fee!

Awesome unbeatable location! This 3bdrm is a 10 min stroll to campus, has EVERYTHING for perfect wknd, short, long-term rentals too! Practically loc’d on campus, absolutely booming on gamedays. Country setting. Apartment above our garage. Attached to our house. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.
