Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. New construction studio cabin located in Carp Lake. The cabin is in a residential neighborhood directly off US 31. The cabin is located 6 miles south of Mackinaw City. This property has a shared access to Paradise Lake which is located at the intersection of Wheeling Road and Paradise Trail ( about a 2 minute walk from the cabin ). The cabin is also located directly across from the North Western State Trail, which is a hiking and biking trail in the summer and snowmobile trail in the winter.

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

You'll love how close it is to everything, with the Mackinac Island hydro-jet ferry just a minute's walk away and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Grab a tasty burger at Clyde's or head to Family Fare for groceries, both less than a 10-minute drive away.

We are two blocks from the snowmobile trailhead with parking available for a trailer. We have a beautiful 4 season room added to the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
