We really enjoyed our stay in North Berwick. The house was so handy for everything. With shops and restaurants on the same street and an easy walk to the station and the beach. There was no issues with noise and we loved relaxing in the conservatory during the day and the lounge in the evening. We would definitely book again.

Jamie was really great to work with, responded promptly. He was very considerate of the particulars of my family, offering alternatives to make our visit to Perthshire just the best. His recommendation for dinner was spot on, delicious and just the right vibe. His place was large and gave us a lot of room to spread out while being close to one another. The accommodation had a touch of elegance. Beautiful old home…my husband’s favorite.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Yvonne. Le logement était impeccable et correspondait à la description. La proximité du centre d'Edinburgh et la possibilité de prendre les bus nous a beaucoup aidées. Seul bémol : une des deux chambres devrait avoir deux lits simples plutôt qu'un grand lit.

Die Kommunikation und der Austausch mit den Gastgebern Aaron und Florence hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent place with very good rooms and en suite bathrooms. The rooms on the second level were a bit small but very comfortable. The living area was huge and the kitchen was very well equipped. The hot tub was a great addition and helped us a lot when we returned from golf. The location is very good and an easy 10 min drive to the main part of the city. The drive to St Andrews was very easy and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Really enjoyed our stay for a family celebration, great open plan kitchen, living, dining and garden lovely for spending time altogether. Flexible bedrooms - able to make one a twin. Clean, well equipped and luxurious feel. Two full bathrooms. Street is quiet, feels safe and parking easy, no shops, cafes, bars etc. within close walking distance. Bus or Uber both easy to get into city centre and was nice to escape the hustle and bustle after a day sightseeing and at the festival. Suspect price was higher due to time of year and compared to other properties we viewed were very happy we chose this one. Rachel was very prompt with communication, instructions, restaurant recommendations and help when required.

Nice spot by the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing and see the sunrise. Nice modern kitchen. A short walk to the train station, and a short ride to Edinburgh. Great for two people. The bedroom does face and is very close to the ocean frontage road, but most of the time it was quiet. We had a very nice stay.

This place is like a 5 star Hotel. Immaculate inside and every bed was given a big thumbs up by the family who all sept well. We had some milk, grapes and a scottish treat waiting for us on arrival and was shown around by the agency who looks after the property. Its was easy and everything was explained in detail. The view across the Tay is to die for and the sun shone for our visit. This house feels like a family home as soon as you walk in yet a fraction of the price for 4 rooms at a hotel. Highly recommend this place and if we come back to Scotland we will be checking this house out to stay. Its a real Gem of a find.

Entering this well appointed, beautiful home, there is a feeling of warmth and relaxation. The skylights bring in the natural light to the bathrooms. The Kitchen is modern and sleek, with everything you need to make a first class meal. The visually stunning, spacious backyard has a wonderful garden. There is a park just behind the house. My daily jog would lead me down to the beach. Here i would do a quick cold plunge- rejuvenating my body. The area is surrounded by a world renowned collection of golf clubs. The Longniddry golf club is a short walk and is a fun track. Thank you for being great hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in Vicki and Jim's lovely home. The house was spotless on arrival and the check in process was very straightforward. They provided everything you could need and the private outdoor area with the hot tub and sauna was fantastic. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely return in the future.
