Stunning 1 Bedroom home in Elie

This unique place has a style all its own. It pops up from the hill and sits on top of Elie and Earlsferry. It provides incredible views and is an amazing get-away-from-it-all pad, yet within an easy walk of all that Elie provides. This is the ideal spot to have a romantic break for 2. It would be easy to sit and watch life go by, read a book, or have an outdoor bath. The House on the Hill offers space, yet is incredibly cosy with a stunning wood burning stove. Walk into Elie in 3 minutes.

Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

Romantic Cottage, nr St. Andrews with hot tub

Balass Hayshed Cottage finished to the highest standard and enjoyed by couples on mini moons, golf trips, weddings, visiting children at St Andrews University or just getting away from busy lives. The property has its own hot tub for the exclusive use of Hayshed guests only. There is a loft space with a further double bed. Enjoy the surrounding countryside. Edinburgh an hour by train. Dundee’s V and A 25 minutes. Rent along with the Stables Cottage for larger parties. Ultra fibre broadband.

Sma'Gift........ a 1700's seafront cottage.

This seafront 1700`s cottage, recently renovated to a very high standard, sits in the picturesque fishing village of St, Monans. With uninterupted seaviews, situated on the Fife Coastal path, surrounded locally by golf courses, great restaurants, galleries, water sports and beaches. Other East Neuk villages and historic St.Andrews easily reached by local buses. Perfect for a couples` romantic getaway, although sofabed allows for two more guests. Come and wake up to the sound of the sea.

The Burghers Kirk is a quaint 1 bedroom cottage full of character and quirky features with a secluded courtyard garden and is situated in the heart of St Andrews, close to the West Port and the medieval core of the town. Recently refurbished to a contemporary and high standard the cottage is suitable for 2 adults. Originally built in 1749 and used by the Burgher Kirk congregation, it was gifted to the St Andrews Preservation Trust in 1954 and reconstructed into a charming cottage.

5* quirky 17th century cottage in the heart of Pittenweem. St Andrews, the home of golf is just 17 minutes away by car . Pittenweem boasts the last working fishing harbour in the East Neuk with it's famous 117 mile long coastal path passing right through the village . Dog friendly restaurants , cafes, pubs and art galleries all on our doorstep. Lovely long beaches in St Andrews and Elie only short drive away . And only 40 mins drive the new V&A museum in Dundee.

Anchor Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom house, sleeping up to 5 adults, which sits in a pretty sun-trapped courtyard in the lovely conservation town of Anstruther, only 2 minutes from the harbour and on the Fife Coastal Path.
