price is for 2 people, ADD $15 night per person after 2 persons. 2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.

Fifteen minutes from the Provo Airport and a five-minute drive from the freeway, our place is near Sundance, Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah Valley University (UVU), Hobble Creek Canyon & golf course, and Bartholomew Park. Free WiFi, full kitchen, full bath, coffee/tea bar, washer/dryer, TV and air conditioning. Self check in to basement entrance with Smart Lock.

The Provo River Trail takes you from Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon to Utah Lake; Rock Canyon trail is close by or hike the Y mountain.
