This spacious Boujee Basement is perfect for the whole family with a private entrance, full kitchen and big screen TV. Fifteen minutes from the Provo Airport and a five-minute drive from the freeway, our place is near Sundance, Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah Valley University (UVU), Hobble Creek Canyon & golf course, and Bartholomew Park. Sunny lower level house with epic MTN views

Enjoy a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous views of Utah lake and the Wasatch Mountains. Across the street Old Willow Lane has a country feel. The Provo River Trail takes you from Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon to Utah Lake; Rock Canyon trail is close by or hike the Y mountain. Our space is the perfect home away from home. It is a quaint place, yet roomy enough for everyone to have their own space. ***The basement of this house is rented as well so please be aware that you may hear noise from other people. Their space Is completely blocked off so you will not have any interaction with them. ***This house is located near a main road which may cause some noise. QUIET HRS: 10pm-7am There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room.

Stylish Boho Home Private backyard

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.
