The House of Vaughan

The Vaughn Haus is conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville near the University, the global headquarters of Tyson, JB Hunt, Walmart and Sam’s Club, world renowned biking trails, art museums and dining. Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy! Hardwood floors, bathroom tile, and several other features in the house are originals.

The main bedroom holds a king bed, extra large closet, dresser, smart tv, and beautiful bay window. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart tv. The third bedroom holds a twin over full bunk bed, closet, dresser, and smart tv. Our home also includes high speed, 5G wireless and hardwired internet. Large fenced yard & play set!

Welcome to the Starboard Gallery, located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. The Starboard Gallery was designed to share in our love of the arts. Local artists rotate their works every few months to create new experiences. Come be transported by color and creativity while you enjoy the evolving spaces both indoor and out. The Gallery is 8 minutes from the Natural's Ball Park, 15 minutes to the U of A or the Walmart Amp, 20 minutes to Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville!

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.

Studio apartment in a rural estate setting. Attractions in immediate area include, Sassafras Springs Winery & event venue; Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm event venue < 15 minutes, public lake access.
