Great space right in the heart of Saugatuck. Walk anywhere you need to go in town. Fully fenced in yard and private parking. Stroll to the restaurants, bars , shopping and all that Saugatuck has to offer. Oval beach as been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a 5 min drive. Or, walk to the chain ferry and hike down to the beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north. Several wineries just outside of the city. Pet friendly just add your dog to the reservation while booking

The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV.
