Situated on the front lawn of Historic Rally Hill Manor, you're insured a lovely backdrop to your stay. The Mulehouse, an intimate new music venue, is just across the street. It has a high ceiling and light colors with plenty of windows, as well as various lighting for a relaxing experience. Also on the property, is our lovely main house, cottage, barn and artist's studio. Visit historic downtown Franklin for great entertainment and dining, as well as a hiking trails nearby for the nature lover!

Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

My labor of love house. So many older homes are being torn down in Nashville and I just couldn't let it happen to this one. Transom ceilings, original hardwood floors, super quiet inside.. front porch sitting...Walkable to 12 South. public Street parking and sweet neighbors. You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
