Το σπίτι αυτό αποτελείται από τρία μεμονωμένα δωμάτια που βρίσκονται στον άνω όροφο ενός διόροφου κτιρίου. Κάθε δωμάτιο είναι αυτόνομο, έχει δικό του ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι καθώς και κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Αποτελεί ιδανική λύση για διαμονή μεγάλης οικογένειας ή γκρουπ φίλων μέχρι 7 άτομα που μπορούν να διαμοιραστούν σε τρία δωμάτια. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει μεγάλη κοινόχρηστη αυλή με τραπέζια και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με εξοπλισμό πλυντηρίου και στεγνωτηρίου ρούχων καθώς και σιδερώστρα.

Μόλις 5' από την κεντρική αγορά και το λιμάνι της Σκοπέλου,πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια,καφετέριες και μπαρ,αποτελεί ιδανικό τόπο διαμονής για τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να μετακινηθούν μέσα στην χώρα του νησιού με τα πόδια ή με δίκυκλο!

Χαλαρώστε στη σουίτα μας που βρίσκεται στην πιο αρχαία και παραδοσιακή γειτονιά της Σκοπέλου στη περιοχή του Χριστού!!Εδω θα ακούσετε μόνο τους ήχους των ντόπιων καθώς δεν κυκλοφορούν οχήματα!!Η πρόσβαση γίνετε από τον Μύλο όπου υπάρχει ελεύθερος χώρος για να παρκάρουμε!!Απο εκεί κατεβαίνουμε πολύ λιγο.Επισης ενας δευτερος δρομο πολύ κοντινος για το κέντρο είναι το πηγαδάκι!!!Ειμαστε ακριβώς στη καρδιά της παλιάς χώρας!! Θα ενθουσιαστείτε με το γεγονος οτι τα σκουπιδια συλλεγονται με αλογο !!

A beautiful house (90m² on 2 floors) with a view to the old port. Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

μόλις 50μ από την παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου και 8 μόνο (περίπου) λεπτά (900μέτρα) με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες με ζωντανή μουσική, fast-food, σούπερ μάρκετ, μπαρ καθώς και εκμισθώσεις αυτοκινήτων και μηχανών. 70μ περίπου από το συγκρότημα, υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη στάση 5 μεγάλη άμμος με δρομολόγια προς όλες τις παραλίες της Σκιάθου καθώς και η πρόσβαση τους προς το λιμάνι, καθ΄όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας (ανά 10 λεπτά).

It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. Our apartments accommodating 4 persons comprise of 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds, fully fitted and equipped kitchen including a washing machine for your convenience. Each apartment has a private balcony, air conditioning, smart TV, WI-FI, a safety deposit box and secure private parking. Situated perfectly for ease for exploring our island. Dajon is a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the main hub of Papadiamantis street.

Rious House right next to the legendary Rious fountain! The house is located near the center of the village of Glossa. It is a one floorhouse. There is 1 bedroomwith a double bed,a living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed if needed, a large kitchen and a large bathroom. The breathtaking balcony overlooks the Aegean sea, Skiathos and Euboea.
